Karnataka Board Exam Results 2014 To Be Announced May 12th
Karnataka Board of Secondary Education (KSEEB) will be declaring their 2014 results for Class 10 on the 12th of May at around 12 pm. The Board conducted its SSLC exams in the month of March. This year, around 8.26 lakh students appeared for the Karnataka State Secondary School Leaving Certificate exam, which is commonly known as SSLC. Out of this number around 7.62 lakhs appeared for the exam for the first time, while 41, 269 students appeared for their re-exams. Also, 21,670 students appeared for the exams in private. The exams began on the 28th March 2014 and ended on the 9th of May 2014.
There have been reports about KSEEB stopping the conduction of SSLC and PUC exams. The Board has also stated its intentions to make changes in the Class 10 the exam syllabus, so that it is more in sync with other Board exam syllabuses.
