Nostalgic recollection of bygone days

This is a pen-portrait of a traditional baker in a Goan village. The elders of Goa still remember the days when Portuguese ruled Goa and love the loaves of Portuguese bread. Although those days are gone, the bakers are still there, going about business as usual.
